One of the most common complaints in the cleaning industry is pay that gets messed up or delayed. You put in the hard work, but when payday arrives, the figures don’t add up to what you were expecting.

We value our staff and respect your time. That’s why we run a straightforward pay system with clear hours and fully itemised payslips. What you see is what you get: transparent hourly rates, accurate hour tracking for every shift, and guaranteed on-time pay straight into your bank account. No stress, no chasing us up — just fair pay for a job well done.

In the commercial cleaning sector, many employees find themselves working for national companies where managers rarely visit and staff are left to fend for themselves on site.

We take a completely different approach. Established in Frome back in 1976, we remain an independent, family-managed business dedicated to supporting our workforce across Somerset and Wiltshire. We provide thorough initial training,  uniform, and all the equipment you need to carry out your job comfortably and safely. Most importantly, you will have direct contact with local supervisors who treat you with respect, listen to your feedback, and ensure you have everything required to succeed.
